Despatch: UK MAINLAND ONLY

We make every effort to despatch your order the day after payment is processed. In the case of cheque payments the payment must clear through our bank account. 

At busy times we may not be able to despatch immediately but will inform you of any delays. 

We will inform you via email once your parcel has been despatched, and you should inform us if you do not receive your item within 5 days of this despatch note.

Please be aware that once items have left our premises we are in the hands of the courier service as  regards delivery - we will do everything in our power to ensure your delivery reaches you in time but on rare occasions delays do occur for which we cannot be held accountable.
